If there was an error made on our behalf, the item must be returned at buyer's cost and inspected by me within 24 hours of delivery.

Actual colors may vary slightly. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor.

Please note that all of my glitters are custom mixes. This means mixes may slightly vary from order to order. Occasionally, my glitter supplier may discontinue a color in which case I will go to another supplier. This could potentially cause a slight color variation. Please be aware of scenarios like this.

All tumblers used are double insulated stainless steel and will keep your drink warm or cold for hours! All tumblers are made with an FDA compliant food safe epoxy.

These items are all handmade so no two cups are identical. Please note that due to the handmade nature slight imperfections are a possibility.
